Urad ki daal Great accompaniment with Bajra roti


Ingredients
Urad daal
Water
Salt
Oil
Shredded garlic peels
Red chilli powder

Method
Boil 2 cups urad in 4 cups of water.
Then when ready of eat, add 2 tsp salt to the daal. For tadka (seasoning), heat 3tsp oil in a small pan and sautee 6-8 shredded garlic peels and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. Then immediately pour this on the daal and stir. Your Udad daal is ready!

Best enjoyed with Bajra rotla (thicker version of roti), dry potato vegetable, butter and gur.
