BRINJAL CHUTNEY Recipe | Chutney/Dips Recipe by latha |
| INGREDIENTS | Brinjal-1 big
Peanuts-3-4tsp
Sesame seeds-1tsp
Ginger-small piece
Soak Tamarind in water-marble size or juice of 1 lemon
Red chillies-8-10
Salt
| METHOD |
Clean the whole brinjal dry it with a towel and prick the brinjal with a fork or knife and apply oil and roast in a oven or directly on the flame and keep separetly.Dry roast peanuts and sesame seeds separately, roast redchillies sepearately adding 2-3 drops of oil .In a blender add the roasted brinjal(cut into 4 pieces) roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, ginger, tamarind , redchilli, salt and grind.
